When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping company chosen and the delivery agent. We work with several delivery agents in major cities, and usually orders take between 1 to 3 days after placing and confirming the order.

Is international delivery available?
Currently, our contracted shipping companies deliver within the country and to specific cities listed on the Delivery page. All available delivery locations are shown there.

You can request international shipping by contacting our team on WhatsApp to check product weight and pricing through international shipping partners that are not currently listed on the store.

What if the product has a manufacturing defect?
Please refer to the Return & Exchange Policy to understand the applicable conditions. In case a manufacturing defect is confirmed and agreed upon for return, the shipping cost for returning and resending the product will be covered by the customer, but the product cost itself will not be charged according to our policy.

I want to order a large quantity. Is there a discount?
Yes, we provide delivery for bulk orders and offer discounts of 10–20% on selected products. You can contact us directly through the Contact Us page to inquire about available quantities and applicable discounts.
