Return and Exchange Policy:
Returns and exchanges are guaranteed rights for all our customers, and this applies to all products offered on our store.
All products available on our store are eligible for return and exchange under the terms and conditions mentioned on this page.
Products can be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition at the time of purchase and still in their original packaging.
Returns are accepted within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
Please contact us through the “Contact Us” page or via our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
Please photograph the product and send the pictures along with your city name, address, and order number to proceed with the exchange if the product is damaged, defective, or not functioning as described.
The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the description provided on our website.
We are not responsible for any expectations of product usage by the customer that are not clearly mentioned on the product page on our website.
A deduction of 30% or an amount not less than 25 MAD will be applied if the customer no longer wants the product and it has no defect or issue.
